We are currently looking for sites on which to build small numbers of higher value homes.
Although the benefits of energy efficiency are more keenly felt with lower cost homes, all homes should be energy efficient, and C-Zero wants to demonstrate innovation across a broad range of house sizes and types.
C-Zero's first such development will be announced shortly.
